Naohito Yoshida
At the age of 28, founded the game and animation company Glams, entering the digital animation industry during its formative years. Despite being diagnosed with cancer at 32 and experiencing corporate bankruptcy and personal insolvency at 34, he went on to lead the successful IPOs of three companies in the human resources, content, and ad technology sectors. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at eole Inc., listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market.
Convinced that blockchain technology will fundamentally reshape the entertainment industry, he returned to the sector after two decades. At DEA, he is responsible for overall corporate strategy and spearheads new socially driven initiatives, including virtual employment programs for individuals with disabilities.
