    Naohito Yoshida

    At the age of 28, founded the game and animation company Glams, entering the digital animation industry during its formative years. Despite being diagnosed with cancer at 32 and experiencing corporate bankruptcy and personal insolvency at 34, he went on to lead the successful IPOs of three companies in the human resources, content, and ad technology sectors. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at eole Inc., listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market.
    Convinced that blockchain technology will fundamentally reshape the entertainment industry, he returned to the sector after two decades. At DEA, he is responsible for overall corporate strategy and spearheads new socially driven initiatives, including virtual employment programs for individuals with disabilities.

    Kozo Yamada

    his career at TV Tokyo, where he was involved in producing a wide range of music and variety programs. He also played a key role in developing cross-media initiatives that integrated digital platforms.
    In 2018, he founded DEA in Singapore after becoming independent. At DEA, he leads business development for enterprise-focused gamification solutions and oversees strategy for the company’s token-based economy. He is also recognized as a specialist in DePIN and gamification, contributing thought leadership in these areas.

    Ryohei Nuka

    Began his career at Nippon Steel Solutions (now NS Solutions) as a consultant for financial institutions. Subsequently held key roles in finance and risk management at Dresdner Kleinwort Securities and Goldman Sachs. Joined the company in 2022 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

    Hideaki Kurihara

    Began his career as a marketing planner at Hakuhodo, followed by strategic consulting and portfolio company support at Dream Incubator, focusing on large enterprises. Later joined Digital Entertainment Asset (DEA), where he served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), overseeing the development, operations, and marketing of multiple Web3 game titles.
    He led the launch and full-cycle execution—from planning to development and promotion—of PicTrée, a citizen-participation infrastructure inspection game, in collaboration with Tokyo Electric Power Grid and GGG.

  • CTO(Chief Technical Officer)

    Daichi Namikawa

    Engaged in the development of new services and exploration of research themes at NTT Research Laboratories, leveraging advanced technologies.
    With a strong track record in the convergence of entertainment and IT, he was appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the company in 2022.

  • CSO(Chief Sales Officer)

    Shota Higaki

    Led new business development at Pocket Culture Inc., where he launched the company’s Web3 initiatives. Also supported Web3 guild operations and NFT sales for eole Inc.
    Joined the company in 2025 and was appointed Executive Officer at eole Inc. in June of the same year.

    Naoki Inaba

    Held key roles as a business leader and project manager at Z-kai Inc., before joining Fileforce Inc., where he led the restructuring of corporate functions, internal controls, IPO preparation, and coordination with audit firms.
